Dr Froilan D Mobo
Associate Professor II, Assistant Director, Department of Research and Development, Philippine Merchant Marine Academy, Philippines

Topic: Educational Technology in the 21st Century Education

Dr. Froilan D Mobo is an alumnus of T.R. Yangco. He graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Network Computer and Business Colleges in Olongapo City, Zambales. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Bulacan State University and graduated in 2011. Following this, he obtained his Master of Science in Computer Science degree at President Ramon Magsaysay State University in 2014.

 He completed the Certificate of Professional Teaching at New Era University in 2015 to successfully pass the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) Major in Social Studies in the same year. He obtained his Doctorate in Public Administration at Urdaneta City University in April 2016.

Dr Mobo is currently enrolled for his second Doctorate for Philosophy in Development Education at the Central Luzon State University, Nueva Ecija. At present, He is the Assistant Director of the Department of Research and Development in Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) and PhD Coach in Cel Academic, Malaysia. He is also a professor in the Graduate School, Columban College, Olongapo City. 

He is the author of 24 research articles published in international refereed journals. He published a book in research abroad entitled:” Student Guide for writing a research proposal and in an Abstract Book. He was awarded best in Research during the 2014 Regional ICT Research Colloquium, Top 5 finalist in Research during the 2016 International Research Colloquium and Winner in the 2020 International Competition My Growth My Start, Best International Researcher & Best International Academician Male Division – Overseas.

As a researcher by heart, he is an External Peer Reviewer in various international research journals and Universities. In 2019, he was awarded as an Outstanding Alumnus in the Graduate School of Urdaneta City University, Pangasinan. Likewise, he was elected as Vice President for Metro Subic Bay ICT Council. Recently Dr Mobo was appointed as Ambassador for Peace in 5 UNESCO Accredited Organizations.

All the participants should upload their presentations on YouTube and send us the link. The conference Meeting ID on Zoom and the detailed schedule will be shared with the registered participants.

The video can be divided into the following parts:

• Introduction – Personal introduction and the title of the research.
• Explaining the research issue, methodology, and results of the paper.
• Conclusion
