Seetha Sagaran is a Personal Development and Lifestyle Consultant, Trainer, and Motivational Speaker with a background in English, Psychology, Counselling (including Crisis & Trauma Counselling, UK), Hypnotherapy, Metaphor Therapy, and Teaching Children with Special Needs (UK). She is also a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) from The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (USA) and a Distinguished Toastmaster (D.T.M.) from Toastmasters International (U.S.A). In 2020, she launched her customized online personal and professional mentoring program, “The Nankurunaisa Mentoring Program.” Seetha co-authored the motivational book “Your Dose of Motivation” in 2020, sharing lessons from her life and attempting to simplify the concept of self-motivation. As a co-author of the motivational book “Women Who Inspire”, published in 2021, she has elaborated on the importance of mentors in life and the positive impact mentors can make. She also co-authored the 2021 book of short stories, “Sagas of Destiny”; the same year, she co-authored an anthology of poems, “Reverie”. In 2022, she co-authored a published book on leadership, “We Are Leaders – Expressions & Experiences”. In 2023, she co-authored an anthology of poetry, “Desert Storms”, to commemorate the 51st National Day of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). In November 2023, her second co-authored book on leadership, “Rise and Shine – The Power of Togetherness,” was published. In 2024, her third co-authored anthology of poetry, titled “Smonday”, was published in April. She is co-authoring an anthology of short stories due for publication in 2025 titled “Shadows n Light”.
