Professor at the University of the Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas ESPE; graduated in Systems Engineering and Magister in Systems Management at the Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas ESPE, Ecuador; e-learning expert; Diploma in Teaching Competencies and Diploma in the English Language Teaching at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Studies (ITESM), she obtained her Doctorate in Educational Sciences at the Center for the Improvement of Higher Studies (CEPES) of the University of the Havana, Cuba; and her Postdoctorate in Education, specialty Leadership and Management at the UNIVERSITAM, Mexico.
